Air Conditioner Repair Across the Interbay Peninsula
South Tampa sits on the Interbay Peninsula, with Tampa Bay on the west side and Hillsborough Bay on the east. We work in neighborhoods like Hyde Park, Palma Ceia, Bayshore Beautiful, Ballast Point, Davis Islands and Port Tampa, along corridors like Dale Mabry Highway, Gandy Boulevard and Bayshore Boulevard.
Storm Flooding and Your Outdoor Unit
Hurricane Helene's 2024 surge flooded streets along Bayshore Boulevard and around Ballast Point. Saltwater that reaches a condenser can corrode coils, wiring and controls, sometimes weeks after the water drains.
If water reached your outdoor unit, do not run it until it has been checked. We inspect electrical parts and coils for salt and debris before restarting.

South Tampa Questions
Do you work in South Tampa?
Yes, across the whole peninsula, from Hyde Park and Davis Islands down to the neighborhoods near MacDill.
My AC sat in floodwater. Can I turn it on?
Not until it has been inspected. Running a flooded unit can damage the compressor and electrical parts.
Why does one room stay hot in my older home?
Older homes often have duct layouts that were not designed for today's equipment. We check airflow room by room.
